We are two people and a padel club. It is a small team, and we say so plainly: the programme starts with twenty participants and is sized for exactly that.
Futuro en Juego started from a simple observation. In Kennedy there are padel courts, and there are children who leave school at one in the afternoon with nothing to do until night. Both were in the same shopping centre and never met.
The programme is that meeting: a bus, four afternoons, two groups of ten, and the same adults every week.
Founder and executive director
Lawyer
A lawyer, entrepreneur and athlete. She leads strategy, partnerships and the programme's day-to-day implementation.
Academic and psychosocial director
Psychologist and qualified teacher
A psychologist and qualified teacher, currently teaching at Colegio Los Nogales in Bogotá. She designs the curricula and leads the academic and psychosocial side of the programme.

Legal status
Incorporation as a Colombian non-profit is under way. There is no tax ID and no special tax status yet, so we cannot issue donation certificates. When the process finishes, the registered name and tax ID will be published here.
Governance
Programme decisions are taken by Valentina Dávila and Laura Linares. When the organisation is incorporated a board will be formed, and we will publish its members here.
