This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees.
What we collect. Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the organisation you are writing from if you give one, the reason for your message, and the message itself. Nothing else.
What we use it for. To reply to you. We do not use your details to send communications you did not ask for, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it. We keep your message while the conversation is open and for up to a year afterwards. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it.
Your rights. You can ask us what data of yours we hold, and ask us to correct, update or delete it. Write to the contact address and we will respond within the periods the law sets.
Who is responsible. Futuro en Juego is in the process of being incorporated as a non-profit. Until that is complete, the data controller is Valentina Dávila, the programme's founder, in Bogotá, Colombia. Once the organisation exists we will publish its registered name and tax ID here.
Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top.
